Booking processAgreement and house rules
After your enquiry or booking, we will send you the rental agreement and our house rules. A binding rental agreement is concluded only once we have received the signed agreement, including your acceptance of the house rules.
Payment20% deposit · balance 14 days before arrival
A deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 14 days of conclusion of the agreement. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation termsFree cancellation up to 42 days before arrival
For later cancellations, we charge the following compensation, calculated on the rental price excluding final cleaning:
- Up to and including 42 days before arrival
- Free of charge
- 41 to 28 days before arrival
- 25%
- 27 to 14 days before arrival
- 50%
- 13 to 7 days before arrival
- 75%
- Fewer than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show
- 90%
